1. Shipping

SLURP HOLDINGS PTY LTD endeavours to deliver the freshest possible product, with this intention all orders placed before cut off period (Sunday 11.59pm) are processed and dispatched on Wednesday. Any order placed outside these times will be processed the following week. 

2. Shipping Cost

The price of shipping is determined by the weight of items purchased and delivery address.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia.Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased from SLURP HOLDINGS PTY LTD, please contact orders@slurpscoffee.com.au  and we will be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you.

4. Refund & Exchange Conditions

All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase. SLURP HOLDINGS PTY LTD does not allow any returns on coffee purchased unless there is a quality issue with the coffee. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. 

5. Delivery of Goods

Our orders are delivered via the most efficient carriers for your region. Our major delivery partner include Australia Post and relevant subsidiaries. Whilst we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, SLURP HOLDINGS PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

6. GST

All products purchased from SLURP HOLDINGS PTY LTD are considered GST inclusive unless stated otherwise. GST means the Australian Goods and Services Tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the “Act”). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

7. Errors and Omissions

Slurp holdings Pty Ltd endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

8. Privacy Policy

SLURP HOLDINGS PTY LTD will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution or person for any purpose.

9. Pricing

All prices are in Australia dollars and are subject to change without notice.

10. Method of Payment

We accept most credit or debit cards and mobile payment services.

11. Cancellation Policy

Once orders are processed we fulfil them straight away so orders cannot be cancelled.

12. Coffee Subscriptions Policy

Payments for your selected subscription are billed in accordance with the frequency of your subscription. Subscriptions can be amended at any time by logging into your account via our website.
